When the stars come out at night
Flash with effervescent light
Streams will rise and dance like snow
From the Heaven pours the glow
Lighting eyes of ages past
Singing in their dance at last
Cloven-hooved, the blesséd sing
In the forest flaunt and ring:

"Narnia!  The ever-bright!
Gallop, dance, in gay to-night.
Though tomorrow will be fair,
night shall not be mirrored there."
